In our long-standing tradition we will give the opportunity to present scientific and educational contributions (15 min + 5 min discussion). Topics of scientific interest may be covered, preferentially work done within the CHERNE network. The educational topics may cover experiences with novel educational tools as used during the pandemic reports on co-operational projects of the past years and proposals for new co-operations.
Authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration in the CHERNE 2025 program. Only original, previously unpublished research papers that are not under review by another conference or journal will be accepted for submission.
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the program committee. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, assigned a DOI and ISBN, and indexed in major international bibliographic databases.
Submissions must be written in English and follow the guidelines provided in the template file available in Microsoft Word format. Papers must be 4 to 8 pages in length (A4 size), including all text, references, figures, and tables. Files must be submitted in PDF format. Submissions not adhering to the guidelines—exceeding 8 pages, modifying margins, or deviating from the template—will be rejected without review.
CHERNE 2025 uses the OCS platform by UPV Press to manage submissions. To submit your paper, you must create an OCS account. The platform provides a submissions homepage where you can register your paper and make updates as needed.
If your contribution is accepted, it will be an essential requirement for each author and co-author of the work to sign a document for the assigment of rights to the Universitat Politècnica de València for the publication of the full paper in the conference proceedings.
