The CHERNE 2025 will be held at the UPV (Universidad Politécnica de Valencia), on the Vera Campus.
The Vera Campus is located at the north of the city of Valencia, and it is surrounded by farmland. Approximately 60 buildings make up a well-organized complex around the Agora, heart of the university life. Up to 108.000 m2 of green areas house an open-air sculpture museum.
Valencia is the capital of the “Comunidad Valenciana”. It is located in the middle-east of Spain, on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. The city is the third largest city of Spain. Close to the city you can find many beaches as well as a big lake called “La Albufera”. Valencia is a Mediterranean city that invites one and all to enjoy its diversity and unforgettable charisma. It is a city of contrasts, proud of its illustrious, deep rooted history whilst being at the cutting edge of all the latest social and technological developments. All the activities of the Congress will take place in the Technical School of Industrial Engineering (ETSII), at “Salón de Actos” which is located within the premises of the Universitat Politècnica de València.
How to get the Conference Venue.
- By tram, lines 4 and 6, stop “La Carrasca”
- By bus, lines 93 and 98, stop “1361: Tarongers – Metro La Carrasca”, “1896: Tarongers – Facultat de Dret“, Lines 40 and 71, stop “1283: Campus Tarongers” and “1282: Facultat de Ciències Socials“
- By car: you can use your own car as in October it is not difficult to find a parking place in the morning, although underground parkings require an UPV card.
- By taxi, ask the taxi driver to get “Universitat Politècnica de València”.
